Unlike some pet shippers, here at Tailwind Global Pet, we personally handle everything from logistics to taking care of your pets before, during and after their flights. Our team will keep you in the loop with updates and photos throughout the process.

I have just completed the process of moving my cat, Bami, to Australia + the required 30 days post-entry quarantine and I could not have done it without Tailwind. With the help of Cara, Brady, & Erik, I have brought my baby home happy & healthy!
They were so hands-on and helpful from the very first step of the process and I was always able to contact them with questions & always received answers in a reasonable amount of time.
It is a very complicated process, it took me 9 months, multiple vet visits, and communication with the Australian Dept. of Wildlife & Fisheries to meet their very rigid requirements. Everyone at Tailwind was educated and experienced with this specific process and made sure all paperwork was organized and filed 100% correctly. I would recommend them to anyone trying to move their pet to Australia!
I also just wanted to shout out Erik at the LAX pet boarding location. He was awesome & so kind & accommodating! Bami was the only pet going to the airport that afternoon so he let me sit with her for like two hours while she was waiting to be taken to the cargo area and I got to stay with her until the moment she left the boarding facility 🙂 I also really appreciated how much he explained every step of the process to me & let me write on her crate & triple-checked that she had enough blankets and water. I could tell he really cared about pets & their owners and understood how anxiety inducing this process can be.
