As a division of Kennel Club LAX, our team builds on decades of first-class care for pets. Our 12,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility is licensed, bonded and insured so you can rest easy while your pets rest easy.
Unlike some pet shippers, here at Tailwind Global Pet, we handle everything from logistics to taking care of your pets before, during and after their flights. Our team will keep you in the loop with updates and photos throughout the process.

Our Services
Planning
We analyze all the routes and plan the perfect itinerary for your pet. From airline routes to layovers with comfort stops to ground transport, we’ve got it covered.
Paperwork
We handle all paperwork required by the airline and the destination country including health certificates, airway bills, import/export docs and USDA endorsement.
Vet Care
We have on-demand access to a licensed and USDA-accredited veterinarian who can come to our facility to help with needed forms and tests.
Crates
We can provide IATA-compliant pet crates, hardware, pads, water bottles, and more. We can also provide custom crates including CR82 and crate extensions.
Boarding
We can arrange for any boarding necessary to accommodate your pet’s flight schedule, whether it’s needed in the originating city, layover city, or destination city. Email updates through-out your pet’s journey.
Customs
For international arrivals, we have an in-house customs broker available 24/7 to assist with everything needed to smoothly clear your pet through customs.
Check-in
We can provide pickup, delivery, and check-in of your pet at the airline.
Transport
We can provide at-home pickup for departure and delivery to a final destination upon arrival.
