For my dog’s relocation, I needed a health certificate issued within 10 days of travel. Since I was living in Colorado, I initially worked with a local USDA accredited veterinarian there. My plan was to drive to Los Angeles and then have my dog fly as cargo from Los Angeles to Haneda, Japan.
Unfortunately, the health certificate process went wrong multiple times, and I was never able to receive the proper paperwork from that veterinarian. As a result, I had to change my dog’s flight four times. Every time, this team responded quickly and helped me adjust the arrangements without delay.
Eventually, the 10-day validity period expired, and I had to start the health certificate process all over again. Thanks to their support, I was connected with a veterinarian who was able to complete everything the same day. I was truly amazed. After struggling for more than 10 days with the original veterinarian, having the paperwork completed so quickly was an enormous relief.
Without their help, I would have had to find a new veterinarian on my own in an unfamiliar city while dealing with the stress of an international move.
The final days before departure were extremely stressful, but they were always there to support me. They even sent photos of my dog during transport, which gave me great peace of mind.
I am incredibly grateful for all of their help and would confidently recommend them to anyone relocating a pet internationally.
