Unlike some pet shippers, here at Tailwind Global Pet, we personally handle everything from logistics to taking care of your pets before, during and after their flights. Our team will keep you in the loop with updates and photos throughout the process.

We were dealing with a very difficult situation caused by delays and errors outside of their control related to USDA paperwork. From the moment things started going wrong, Tailwind stepped in and never stopped advocating for us.
