Unlike some pet shippers, here at Tailwind Global Pet, we personally handle everything from logistics to taking care of your pets before, during and after their flights. Our team will keep you in the loop with updates and photos throughout the process.

I used this service 4 years ago and Brady was amazing at being responsive, professional, and patient with me while we exported our sweet dog.
This year we were moving back and had a significant issue with the language barrier from the country where we lived. Brady and Karla were rockstars and were able to help arrange import for our dog last minute and even were able to support on the weekend after hours. I highly recommend this company if you are relocating your pet, they are amazing and such great people!

We recently used Tailwind Global Pet to fly our two pets, Java and Snowflake, from Los Angeles (LAX) to Dubai (DXB) on Emirates, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Karla Cienfuegos and Brady Wheeler took incredible care of us throughout the process. They handled all the coordination for the health certificate, working directly with the vet and making sure every document was ready and in order well ahead of time — which took so much stress off our plate. Karla also kept us updated every step of the way, from confirming check-in with photos of Java and Snowflake before boarding, to helping us track the flight in real time using their new "Tail Tracer" device. Knowing exactly where our pets were during the journey gave us so much peace of mind.
Both pets arrived safe, healthy, and happy in Dubai, and everything went smoothly with zero issues, thanks to how well organized and on top of every detail the team was. You could tell they genuinely care about the animals they help transport, not just the logistics.
If you're nervous about flying your pets internationally, I can't recommend Tailwind Global Pet enough. Professional, organized, and truly caring — five stars all around!

I cannot recommend Brady and the team at Tailwind Global Pet highly enough for getting our dog Luna safely from Los Angeles to Jakarta. From start to finish, Brady and their team impressed me with their communication, expertise, and level of care. I wound up doing a comprehensive search for the best pet relocation service and can tell you without a doubt tailwind stands head and shoulders above every single place I spoke with. To be perfectly honest it was not even close.
When we got stuck in a last minute crisis what truly stood out was how Brady handled the situation. Our local veterinarian completely dropped the ball on the timing of Luna’s USDA health certificate right before a long holiday weekend, and our entire international relocation was in jeopardy. Brady stepped in, took control of a bad situation, and systematically fixed the vet's mistake. When things go smoothly, great, but when you have an issue Tailwind is a premium service that knows what they are doing and can manage your situation to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. Its the piece of mind that is so valuable and am so glad I found tailwind and Brady.
He orchestrated emergency weekend boarding for Luna in LA so we could still catch our own flight, managed the administrative headache with the USDA portal to ensure the paperwork cleared the following Monday, and seamlessly rebooked her on the very next available flight. The way he handled everything was simply incredible.
