I'm very happy I chose to go with Tailwind for several reasons. I moved to South America and it would have been nearly impossible to undertake the whole thing on my own (regulatory, bureaucratic, and logistical hurdles galore)

First and foremost, they walked me through the whole process, they were available all the time, and were super responsive. This can make a world of difference when your dog is waiting in customs in a different time zone. Brady made himself available at all times which was a lifesaver.

Secondly, I felt very comfortable leaving my dog a few nights with them before her trip. The place is nice and welcoming, and you'll see that there's always dogs hanging out in the front desk. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming to you and your pet.

Finally, they really care about what they do and it shows throughout the whole process. From texting you and keeping you updated on how your pet is doing to the way they interacted with my dog, you can feel the care.

I really liked how organized and flexible everything turned out for Bolt. The price is expensive but they helped me splitting the payments until the trip. Thank you

Importing my dog Xiao from China was stressful, but Kennel Club LAX (Tailwinds) made the process smooth and reassuring. Jasmine Meir coordinated closely with Shenpu Government Hospital to ensure all rabies and titer tests met CDC and USDA requirements, and she answered questions promptly—even beyond regular hours. Her professionalism, clear guidance, and genuine care turned a difficult process into a manageable one. I highly recommend asking for Jasmine for compassionate, competent pet-import assistance and Enrique for airport pickup.

We’re committed to doing a crate job, whatever it takes.
